I arrived at coaching through operating — I spent the majority of my pre-coaching career shaping early-stage tech companies in product leadership roles. Through building my own teams, I discovered that what I loved more than anything were 1:1s with folks on my team. I craved those moments where I could support someone in overcoming a hurdle in a way they were proud of. Those moments led me to coaching.

As an Executive Coach, I help leaders find clarity and confidence so they can feel fulfilled in their work. I partner with my clients on their most meaningful challenges: finding voice as a leader, making aligned career decisions, balancing ambition and presence. At its core, this work is about developing a deeper, more honest understanding of your inner world than ever before, and as a result, helping you create a life you’re proud of.
