Coach

Alexa Arnold

I'm a social impact leader, experienced coach, and facilitator who's passionate about supporting people and companies as they navigate change and solve complex problems. I arrived at coaching through building strong teams – I've spend the majority of my career in the social impact space, launching new initiatives, forging partnerships, and getting teams executing in the right direction. I found that nearly all teams I was a part of experienced some level of conflict, ambiguity, and misses in communication, and when addressed head on, they were able to unlock stronger collaboration, more joy and a deeper connection to one another and the work.

As a coach, I enjoy helping people see things differently, discover clarity about where they want to go, and tap into their own wisdom and confidence. Having navigated many big life transitions myself, I offer partnership on people's most meaningful challenges: leveling up as a leader, navigating career pivots, and balancing work and family priorities. I have conducted hundreds of hours of coaching and am certified by TCCP 4D Transformative Coaching Program.

Prior to coaching, I spent a decade at FoodCorps, a national nonprofit contributing to kids' knowledge and education about food, most recently as the Chief of Staff. Prior to that I was a community organizer, focused on advancing sustainable food and farm policy issues. I have a B.A. in Political Science and Geography from the University of Kentucky, earned a certificate through the Food Policy Leadership Program at George Washington University, and was selected for the NYC Food Policy Class of 2018, 40 Under 40.
