We know that as ambitious leaders, one challenge that comes up often is limiting beliefs — ones about ourselves in the face of obstacles or opportunity and even about others. These limiting beliefs can pull us back from being the best that we can be.
Join us for an online, interactive workshop where you will learn more about why we have limiting beliefs, what we can do about them, and how to better support your team members.
We’ll discuss what limiting beliefs are as a group.
We’ll identify our own limiting beliefs and talk about where they come from.
We’ll talk about the four steps involved with converting limiting beliefs to energizing beliefs.
We’ll identify limiting beliefs that we might have about others and discuss steps to support them.
