This event is free and open to the community. Each Clarity Council is intentionally designed for discussion, and thus capped at 10 attendees. Please commit to attending when you sign up.

Welcome and Introduction

We'll welcome everyone to The Grand's workshop event and give a high-level overview of what to expect.

Fixing vs. Coaching

We'll learn and review the differences between fixing and coaching - and why we often try to fix.

Coaching Tools & Breakouts

We'll spend time learning about two coaching tools and practice using them in breakout groups.

Group Debrief & Closing

We'll end the workshop by sharing out how you intend to implement coaching into your life.

Your host

As a coach, I help people find more joy, fulfillment and success in their work and lives. Prior to becoming a coach, I’ve worked across tech strategy and operations and management consulting, and I also received my MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. I completed my coaching certification with the CoActive Training Institute (CTI) in 2020. I'm extremely excited by the Grand’s mission to bring coaching to a broader audience and look forward to using the coaching tools I know and love using with individuals with groups.
